Plastic Lid Re-uses

In this blog post about plastic lids from Lifehacker.com, multiple alternatives to recycling plastic lids are discussed. These uses range from separating meat patties to preventing shaving bottles from rusting in your shower.

I consider myself to be somewhat "green" because I try my best to recycle and conserve energy when possible. I know that I am not always perfect but who is?! I found this to be an interesting blog post because people are always finding alternative uses for tons of products and this adds to the list. You never know where else something will work unless you try. I hope people continue to contribute to these lists.
